Dr. Debbie McCurry
Associate Veterinarian
Dr. Debbie McCurry is 1996 graduate of Tuskegee University School of Veterinary Medicine. She is a native of Maysville, Kentucky and did her undergraduate studies at The University of Kentucky. After completion of veterinary school, Dr. Debbie spent 27 years in Spartanburg, South Carolina, where she owned her own practice for 20 years. It was in her practice in South Carolina that Dr Debbie was the first veterinarian in that state to perform in-clinic stem cell. In 2018, she returned to Kentucky to become an associate at Animal Medical Center. Dr. Debbie enjoys many aspects of veterinary medicine but her love is geriatric dogs and cats.

Stacy Sizemore Roy
Office Manager
Stacy joined the team at Animal Medical Center as office manager in November, 2017 and truly values the bond shared between pets and their owners. Stacy has 7 years of vet tech experience as well as 10 years of business management experience. She handles all of the hospital administrative tasks, human resources, manages the website, and provides administrative support to all the doctors and staff. She moved here from South Shore Kentucky in May of that same year. She enjoys her family, friends and her horses.
Tabitha Barnes
Vet Tech
Tabitha joined our team in the fall of 2018. She earned her Veterinary Assistant Certification from Animal Behavior College in 2016 and is currently enrolled at Penn Foster earning her Associate in Animal Science. She is experienced in the OR as well as shows noticeable attention to detail and accuracy when dealing with overall patient care. Tabitha has 2 pets, her Lab mix Remi and Sadie which is her Australian Shepherd.
Sarah Bingham
Kennel Technician/Technician Assistant
Sarah joined our team in April of 2021. She previously worked at an animal shelter, where she was a kennel attendant. Sarah received her associates degree in Science and Arts and plans on getting her bachelor’s degree in animal science. Her passion for learning and her love of animals is what keeps her going. Sarah has 3 pets, her Bishon Frise named Cotton and her 2 cats, Squeaker and Gracie. Sarah’s hobbies include painting and spending time with her fur babies.
Haleigh Lane
Lead Technician
Haleigh joined the Animal Medical Center team in July of 2021. She started her animal care career at a small behavioral animal rescue in her hometown Shelbyville, KY. From there she started at an Emergency/Specialty hospital as part of the veterinary medicine world. Haleigh loves working with animals and is always trying to make sure they have the best experience possible when coming to see us!
Brandie Hudson
Receptionist
Brandie joined the Animal Medical Center team in November of 2019. She has more than 10 years of experience working in reception/customer service and thrives to give clients, their pets and their families the best care and attention they deserve. Brandie grew up – and lives - in Versailles, but has adopted Frankfort as a second home. She enjoys the tight-knit community and all the wonderful residents and their pets she’s met here. When not helping clients, she enjoys time with her husband and three children. They love to go camping and to the lake as much as possible. With three children, school and sports are important, so not much time gets spent relaxing. The family’s almost-4- year-old chocolate lab, Oakley, is a cherished addition to the madness. She thinks she’s human and one of the kids, and the family agrees! Family is very important to Brandie, and she’s very proud to be part of the AMC family.

I have 10 years experience being a vet tech in both large and small animal. My boyfriend and I just recently moved to Frankfort this past August with our 4 dogs. Kruzer, Oakley, Mason and Dixon. We enjoy doing just about anything outdoors, kayaking, hiking, hunting, camping, etc.
