Dr. Debbie McCurry

Associate Veterinarian

Dr. Debbie McCurry is 1996 graduate of Tuskegee University School of Veterinary Medicine. She is a native of Maysville, Kentucky and did her undergraduate studies at The University of Kentucky. After completion of veterinary school, Dr. Debbie spent 27 years in Spartanburg, South Carolina, where she owned her own practice for 20 years. It was in her practice in South Carolina that Dr Debbie was the first veterinarian in that state to perform in-clinic stem cell. In 2018, she returned to Kentucky to become an associate at Animal Medical Center. Dr. Debbie enjoys many aspects of veterinary medicine but her love is geriatric dogs and cats.

Dr. Kaley Seitz

Veterinarian

Dr. Seitz attended Illinois Wesleyan University where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree (2004) and University of Illinois College of Veterinary Medicine where he earned his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree (2008). As a fourth year veterinary student he was awarded the ACVS Student Award for Proficiency in Large Animal Surgery for exceptional surgical aptitude. Following his graduation from veterinary school, Dr. Seitz completed a yearlong internship in equine medicine and surgery at Alamo Pintado Equine Medical Center in California.

Dr. Seitz’s work experience includes small animal and equine practice. He gained extensive experience in emergency practices in Ohio and New York prior to his move to Kentucky. Although Dr. Seitz maintains an interest in all aspects of medicine, he has particular interest in critical care and the physiology and treatment of shock.

When not treating patients, Dr. Seitz is an avid equestrian and actively competes in eventing, dressage, and show jumping. He is an active member of the US Eventing Association (USEA), US Dressage Federation (USDF), Kentucky Dressage Association (KDA), and Midsouth Eventing and Dressage Association (MSEDA).

He has particular interest in critical care and the physiology and treatment of shock.
